The picture books that have been picked based on their cultural significance and also story and illustrations. After each book reading there will be a little activity based on the country that week like origami for Japan and nursery rhymes for Europe to add a little more fun. Now we know have left out countries but we encourage patrons to recommend books from their country of origin. This is a share and care environment. We welcome all suggestions and recommendations. Kids are more than welcome to come in native attire if they so choose and can tell everyone about it or share a story about their home country.

 Children's reading area

These book readings will begin this Sunday 28/10/12 from 9.30am to 10.00am in the Children's Reading Area, we encourage parents or guardians to sit in.

See all you little travellers Sunday!
